Refund Policy
30-day free trial
When first creating a Pulse account, you can use Pulse absolutely free for 30 days, after which point the credit card you sign up with will be charged. If you choose to cancel your account during the first 30 days, you will not be charged. New accounts are the only ones eligible for 30-day free trials.
Account Cancellation
The account owner is the only person who can cancel the account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. To cancel, go to the "Account" page in your account and scroll down to the area that says "Account cancellation". Note: There is no undo for cancellation. Upon cancelling your account, all of your information will immediately and permanently be deleted.
Payments & Refunds
Pulse is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused/unwanted with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
