As business owners, we always hope that you’re happy with Pulse, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
If you’d like to request a refund, please email email@example.com and we'll work with you to make sure you’re happy.
Every customer's situation is different, so our policy is to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis. A few cases for a full or partial refund are:
- If you’ve been using Pulse and you aren’t happy with it.
- You meant to cancel your account after your free trial ended, and there hasn’t been any activity on your account since your trial.
- If you thought you had cancelled your account, but hadn’t, and you haven’t used Pulse since then.
